Our favorite tiki drink; a premium Zombie made using three excellent rums – Ron Zacapa 23, Sailor Jerry Spied, and Plantation Overproof. These combine with four of our in-house products: Tomoka Falermun, Cinnamon Tincture, Passionfruit Syrup, and Aromatic Bitters, as well as a splash of freshly squeezed pineapple juice. Smooth and complex, with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, it’s easy to forget just how strong these cocktails are. Limit to two per person if possible!
