A Zombie based on our White Truffle Tequila, this is a house favorite. The Dia de los Muertos is a long, strong, complex drink, with earthy truffle flavors, layers of spice and warmth from the falernum, bitters, and overproof rum, and fragrance and brightness from the absinthe, lime, and passionfruit syrup.
