The Singapore Sling is a neglected drink – many versions don’t do justice to the original recipe, invented over 100 years ago in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Our version uses all eight of the required ingredients, including freshly-squeezed pineapple and lime juice, and Tomoka Grenadine, made using real pomegranates.
