An unusual tiki drink based on gin instead of rum. Built on a base of Bombay Sapphire gin, Tomoka Falernum brings Caribbean spice; freshly-squeezed lime juice and Tomoka Passionfruit Syrup add natural sweetness; and Tomoka Orgeat pulls all the flavors together with the smoothness of natural almond oils This is a surprisingly strong cocktail – 50% gin by volume – but this hard to believe based on the taste.
