A drink to sip slowly; tequila infused with Ecuadorian cocoa beans, bourbon whiskey, spice from house cinnamon tincture and a dash of vanilla syrup. The cocoa and vanilla are aromatic rather than sweet – making this a rich, boozy drink, best poured over a large ice cube.
