Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, Tomoka Hibiscus Shrub
A slightly sweeter, slightly brighter, twist on a negroni. Our Hibiscus Shrub is a tart vinegar-based syrup infused with dried hibiscus flowers. We've swapped it in in place of vermouth in this cocktail for a slightly sweeter, slightly brighter, twist on a negroni. A little easier-drinking than the classic, but still packs a punch.
