Tomoka Chocolate Bitters are made with organic raw Ecuadorian cocoa beans, alongside wormwood, gentian root, and Cambodian cloves. They have a rich, dark cocoa flavor, adding warmth and depth without sweetness. Use alongside whiskey, rum, brandy, or try them added to a Negroni, a Manhattan, or an Old Fashioned for a deeper flavor. We make these bitters in small batches in Phnom Penh.
