A delicious take on a rye manhattan, based on Bulleit Rye Whiskey. St. George Absinthe Vert adds a fragrant anise flavor, and Luxardo Cherry brings a touch of deep sweetness. A drink to sip and savor, best poured over a single large ice cube. The name alludes to the USS Maine, a battleship which sunk in Havana Harbor in 1898 during the Cuban revolt against Spain.
