Jim Beam Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura Bitters

A strong, simple and sophisticated classic, invented in New York in the 1870s. Based on Jim Beam Bourbon, the cocktail is slightly lightened with sweet vermouth, with the flavors of both accentuated by Angostura bitters.  A martini for whiskey-drinkers.
