The Jungle Bird balances rums and tropical flavors with the bitterness of Campari, making for a sophisticated tiki cocktail. The Jungle Bird was invented at the Hilton in Kuala Lumpur in the 1970s – we are using Diplomatico Mantuano for a complex and interesting drink.
