Alipus Mezcal, Cointreau, Tomoka Chili Vodka, Pomelo, Lime

A Hermosita balances smokey Alipus Mezcal with Cointreau and freshly-squeezed pomelo and lime juices, with Tomoka Chili Vodka adding a hint of spice. A great cocktail to try if you like a margarita, but want to try something more complex – this drink starts with smoke on the front, smooth fruitiness in the middle, and finishes with a subtly spicy aftertaste.
