Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, Tomoka Hibiscus Shrub

A twist on a classic, substituting our house Hibiscus Shrub for vermouth, which brings a little more freshness, florals, and bite to a classic bittersweet cocktail. Best enjoyed stirred over a large ice cube, with a little dilution from the ice to balance the complex flavours.
